We meticulously handle every stage of event planning. After an initial meeting with the client to get to know them and understand their tastes and needs, we prepare a menu proposal and host a tasting at Villa Rota—transformed for the occasion into a showroom where clients can also preview the full range of décor, from linens to tableware.
We then carry out a site inspection at the chosen venue to assess the spaces and requirements. In addition to classic catering and banqueting services, we also support clients in selecting trusted suppliers—florists, photographers, musicians, and more.
On the day of the event, our presence is discreet yet impeccable. We prepare the kitchen, arrange the tables, set up the venue and buffet, and once all the guests have arrived, serve the selected dishes in sequence. Throughout the event, we remain attentive, coordinating every detail with care.
